Travel & Transportation
Airports
For guests traveling by air, both John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA) offer convenient access. JFK serves international and many domestic flights, while LGA is primarily for domestic travel. Both airports are approximately 1 to 2 hours from Westport, Connecticut, depending on traffic.
Getting Around
For travel between New York City and Westport, Metro-North Railroad's New Haven Line runs directly from Grand Central Terminal to Westport. If you prefer to drive, rental cars are available at both JFK and LGA airports. Rideshare services (Uber/Lyft) are also widely available in Westport and the surrounding area. For most guests, trains and rideshares will be more than sufficient, though having a car may be helpful if you plan to explore beyond the wedding events.
